Chicago Bulls. Position: Outbound Sales Development Representative
(SDR) We’re looking for a high-energy Outbound SDR to fuel our
growth and become a key player in our sales team. This is your
chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with
direct mentorship from Kevin Dorsey (KD) —one of the world’s top
sales leaders—and Jeff Stirling , who helped scale Deel to $800M
ARR. What You’ll Do: Generate leads: Use creative strategies to
identify and engage potential customers via calls, emails, and
social outreach. Qualify prospects: Understand their needs and
connect them to how Finally’s solutions can transform their
business. Build relationships: Establish trust and excitement with
SMBs by showcasing Finally’s value. Hit targets: Meet and exceed
lead generation and sales KPIs, tracking progress in Salesforce and
other tools. Collaborate: Work with top-notch sales and marketing
teams to refine strategies and drive success. What We’re Looking
For: Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a
plus but not required. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with resilience in the
face of challenges. Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) is
a bonus. Passion for learning and career growth—this role offers
clear paths to AE or other advanced positions in just 8-12 months!
