The successful candidate will be a Partner with a portable book of business exceeding $750,000 who will bring a robust client base, a proven track record of generating significant revenue, and a reputation for excellence in legal practice.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a substantial book of business, leveraging existing client relationships to drive revenue.Provide high-quality legal counselLead and mentor junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Contribute to the firm's strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.10+ years of experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters.Portable book of business valued at $750,000 or greater, with a diverse and sustainable client base.Compensation Structure:

• 70%of the revenue from your book of business.Note:Partners cover their own expenses including health premiums, malpractice insurance, and other operational costs including associates and paralegals billing rates.How to Apply:
