Wylander is recruiting an Account Support Administrator for the
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys located in Marathon, FL.
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys was established in 2017 as a
natural extension of the already successfully established Florida
Keys Real Estate Group & Duck Key Real Estate
Company.______________________________________________________The
Account Support Administrator is a key role in the overall success
of Vacation rentals of the Florida Keys and will be expected to
perform accounting-related duties and work closely with the
property managers, owners, and CPA to achieve organizational goals
surrounding both vacation rental and annual property rentals within
the company. The ideal candidate has a drive to deliver high
quality work and finds great satisfaction in bringing order and
precision to processes and procedures. This person will be expected
to work Mon-Friday, 9:00 am-3:00pm in our Marathon
location.Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $47,000 plus DOE

- Opportunity for advancementResponsibilities:
- Review and process invoices companywide for rental programs,
ensuring invoices are matched to correct property within company
software program with exceptional detail to the statement. This
includes all repair and cleaner invoices.
- Label and file invoices properly with check stub from vendor
payment
- Print vendors checks weekly
- Post deposits to owner's accounts as needed
- Both weekly and monthly, adjust AirBnb's and VRBO transactions
as necessary, this includes removing the 5% tax, ensuring damage
insurance is on (note: some of this can be handle by the operations
manager and this can be the last of training for this person)
- Massage fees in the reservations to ensure they either post or
do not post to the statements as per the property manager
- Prepare timely and accurate month end owner statements by the
3rd of each month using the company software program, checking for
errors/ irregularities. Ensuring these are received by the property
managers on time.
- Accurately disburse owner funds within LIVE TRUST
- Accurately enter in disbursements into Treasury Management for
owner payments for both vacation rentals and annual rentals
- Maintain and update the annual rental spreadsheet to ensure
timely payment to annual owners
- Manage treasury management contact list with correct ACH info
for every owner within the company
- Maintain accurate folders for vacation rental owners
- Prepare and process agent commissions sheets prior to the 10th
of each month, creating a spreadsheet for each agent
- Enter and pay agent commissions through treasury
management
- Download and send ACH info each week to the accounting
firm
- Prepare year end statements for both the vacation rental owners
and annual rental owners
- Assist accounting firm in year-end 1099 preparations for
vacation and annual rentals
- Prepare year end spreadsheets for management
- Accept calls from property managers and owners regarding
questions on statements
- Attend company meetingsRequirements:
- Minimum 2-year associate degree with a focus in accounting is a
PLUS, or similar industry experience
- Must have excellent computer skills with the ability to learn
company software programs
- Candidate MUST have experience in the following: EXCEL, Google
Sheets/ DOCS, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
- Customer focuses, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving
and planning skills.
- Able to carry out tasks independently and accurately
- Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to respond to urgent calls from owners and/or
property managers out of normal working hours, this could be
weekend, evening, and holidays
