office seeks a passionate Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate
will have 1 years experience in insurance defense. With us, you'll
gain invaluable exposure to hearings, depositions, mediations, and
trial preparations from the outset. Your Day-to-Day: Draft and
review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and
drive motions. Lead and attend hearings, depositions, mediations,
and client meetings, and negotiate settlements. Master tools like
Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. Requirements What
You Bring: Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive
oral advocacy. One or more years of experience in insurance defense
litigation (preferred) A hunger for growth, a client-first mindset,
and impeccable organizational skills. Membership of the Florida Bar
