Job Description Job Description Job Title: RN Manager – Labor & Delivery Location: Davie, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Days (No Weekends) About the Facility A modern, 165-bed acute care hospital in Davie, FL is seeking an experienced RN Manager – Labor & Delivery to lead its Labor & Delivery and Postpartum/Newborn (PNU) departments. The facility offers comprehensive services including maternity care, emergency services, orthopedics, oncology, neurosciences, and more, within a collaborative and growing healthcare environment. Position Summary The RN Manager – Labor & Delivery provides leadership and operational oversight for the Labor & Delivery and PNU units , ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This role is accountable for regulatory compliance, staff performance, departmental outcomes, and operational efficiency in alignment with organizational goals and standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery and PNU departments Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (TJC, CMS, AHCA) Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and departmental goals Monitor budgets, productivity, and operational efficiency Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and hospital administration Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and excellence in maternal/newborn care Qualifications Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (meeting Florida requirements) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BLS certification required within 30 days of hire ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire NRP certification required within 90 days of hire STABLE certification required within 60 months of hire Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required within 60 months of hire Compensation Hourly Rate: $42.36 – $62.00 (based on experience) Why Join Leadership role in a newer, growing hospital Day shift schedule with no weekends Opportunity to shape and grow maternal/newborn services Supportive leadership environment focused on quality and patient-centered care For more details reach at Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-587-6677 .
