LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Weston, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 2 years of direct Liver/Transplant OR RN experience - Strong, recent experience in: - Liver transplants - Heart transplants - Lung transplants - Kidney transplants - Experience must be clearly documented on the skills checklist - Must be proficient in MISONIX / CUSA - Candidates must have hands-on experience implanting organs into the recipient (Candidates with harvesting-only experience will NOT be accepted) Certifications (Required) - BLS – Required at time of submission - ACLS – Required at time of submission - NIHSS – Must be obtained prior to start Call & Scheduling Requirements - On-Call: Required - 1 on-call shift per week - Two (2) 12-hour weekend call shifts per month (Details reviewed by Nurse Manager during interview) - Block Scheduling: Not accommodated - Floating: Required within scope to meet facility needs Additional Requirements - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions only – per facility guidelines) - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions only – per facility guidelines) PJ -HC (3142040) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
