Job Description:
The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for
assisting the Front Office Manager and the Director of Rooms to
achieve successful operation and administration of all front office
departments. The ideal candidate will have a combination of
education, and training/experience that provides the required
skills to assist with leading the departments by training staff,
writing schedules, upholding Shaner and hotel policies and
procedures, responding to and resolving of guest complaints.
