Job Description Job Description Billing Clerk - Temp-to-Perm Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Fully Onsite) Pay: $20-$23 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire About the Opportunity We're seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join a growing team in West Palm Beach. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability, hands-on experience, and room to grow within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment. Responsibilities Process and generate customer invoices accurately and on time Review billing data for errors, discrepancies, or incomplete information Reconcile billing accounts and research/resolution of billing issues Enter and maintain billing data in internal systems Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding invoice status Assist with month-end billing tasks and reporting Support the accounting team with additional administrative or financial tasks as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of billing, accounting, or relevant administrative experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with billing or accounting software (a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work fully onsite in West Palm Beach Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Search managed by: Nikki Caudill Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
